The TAUBER Remote Knowledge Module is designed to remotely monitor Windows and Unix / Linux server systems. No further software needs to be installed on the monitored server. The PATROL® Knowledge Modul is installed on a Windows or Linux server (Linux is suported as Host operating system since version 3.0.60) equipped with a PATROL® Agent. It then monitors the remote system’s information, such as cpu usage, disk usage and memory usage. Apart from the system itself, application processes and Windows services can also be monitored. All collected information can be used and processed within the PATROL® Agent and Console products and all other connected products, such as the BMC Eventmanager and Impact Manager
